Israel Begins To Vaccinate People Aged 12 To 15 Against Covid-19

 On the morning of June 6th, local time, the Israeli Ministry of Health announced that from now on, all people aged 12 to 15 can be vaccinated against COVID-19, provided that the parent's permission is obtained.

The Israeli Ministry of Health recommends that teenagers with chronic diseases, respiratory diseases, diabetes, obesity, and cancer should be vaccinated in time; teenagers with COVID-19 pneumonia in the family and teenagers who plan to travel abroad should also be vaccinated in time .

A few days ago, the US Food and Drug Administration has approved Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine for use in people aged 12 to 15 years.

As of the evening of June 5, local time, the Israeli Ministry of Health released data showing that Israel had a total of 839,566 confirmed cases of COVID-19 pneumonia and 216 existing confirmed cases, of which 37 patients were in serious condition; the total number of deaths was 6,418.
