Osaka's First Adolescent Death From Covid-19

According to the Japanese "Yomiuri Shimbun" news, the Governor of Osaka Prefecture Yoshinori Yoshimura announced on September 8 that a teenage man in Osaka died after contracting the COVID-19 virus. According to the Japanese government, this is the first death of a teenage COVID-19 patient in Japan.

The man was rushed to a hospital in Osaka for treatment on September 1, and was later found to be infected with the COVID-19 virus. After being hospitalized, he became severely ill and died on the 7th. The man has underlying diseases and has not been vaccinated before.
